Pray: Ask God to Hear His Voice
Read: Pay attention key words
Examine: How does this apply to your life? How can you act on His direction?
Summarize: Write a KEY PRAYER POINT specific to this study.
Share: Tell some people specifically how you heard from God.

Some Practical Reminders for Bible Study...

  • Attach yourself to a Bible
  • Find a consistent "time" and "place" for Bible study
  • Develop a study plan or use the one above
  • Begin by asking the Lord to "hear His voice" and commit to "acting on His direction"
  • Allow at least 1/3 of your time for meditation.  Picture it--Think about it--Summarize it so you can share it with others (think about who needs to hear how you heard from the Lord)
