2 Peter 3:12

2 Peter 3:12 "looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat." My KEY PRAYER POINT from this chapter was let us look for and hasten the coming of the day of God. Romans 8:18-19 is a cross-reference, "For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us. For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God."
